This downloadable report brings together insights and expertise from nonprofit workforce development organizations across the state who participate in WorkWell MN. Developed to inform the state’s Task Force on Workforce Development System Reform (2025-2027), it covers both the broader landscape of workforce development, how state funding is managed, and recommendations for future improvements. We advocate for the essential voices of our organizations to be heard as policy changes are considered to reform Minnesota’s workforce development system.
