We are WorkWell MN: Allies for an equitable workforce.

20+ organizations working together with one voice.

Historically, workforce development nonprofits have worked individually to provide career training, employment opportunities, and wrap around services to people in the community. Over the past decade, we’ve begun to connect and collaborate with one another through the Minnesota Employment Services Consortium (MESC), now renamed WorkWell MN. Together, we bring workforce services to more than 30,000 Minnesotans each year. All of us serve in the quest to prepare Minnesota’s workforce for today—and tomorrow.

Prioritizing jobseekers, we choose to come together to shift systems for good, making powerful and positive change for people and Minnesota’s workforce ecosystem.

We imagine a Minnesota where all people access meaningful work and build thriving futures. Our state’s vibrant and diverse workforce can learn more, earn more, and share in abundance.

Who are our member organizations?

The nonprofit organizations that comprise WorkWell MN partner together to better match staffing shortages with skilled workers, especially in communities of color and untapped jobseekers. Only by matching skills training with present and future job requirements can we equip the state and region for success. This pipeline of workers can not only transform their own lives but also reshape our state of long-standing wealth inequities that foster division and unrest among underserved communities.
